When HANA is in the premise of SAP ERP/BW/BI, expertise in these domain will make you understand HANA better. If you are a novice learner it is not hard nut to break.
At the moment in India, In Non-SAP scenes the jobs/opportunities need to be found in the company you are working for. If there are no HANA implementations better look at the other companies with good knowledge on Rapid Deployment Solutions(RDS).
